Hydra is the edge-native, multi-agent orchestrator that runs every HAVEN node. It operates locally at the tactical edge as a common runtime connecting networks, mission applications, and compute into one operating environment.
Radios, mission systems, sensors, agents, and autonomous platforms interoperate through it without replacing anything operators already trust. Agents run against live device state rather than a cached copy, so what Hydra reports is what the network is doing right now, and what it changes it can roll back.
Most software assumes a link back to something. Hydra assumes there is not one. Nodes federate peer to peer and share data with no server between them, so the mission network keeps running when the connection to headquarters does not exist.
There is no single point of failure to target: lose a node and the rest carry the picture, and nodes that rejoin resynchronize on their own.
